The pre-premiere celebration of the third issue of the quarterly “Architecture Snob” took place on September 30 at the Zamoyski Palace, the main seat of the Association of Polish Architects.
The evening was opened by Katarzyna Jaroszyńska, DDTVN journalist, and Marcin Szczelina, editor-in-chief of “Architecture Snob”, with a guest presence of the president of the Association of Polish Architects – Jerzy Grochulski, and the president of the Warsaw Branch of SARP – Marta Sękulska-Wrońska and Ewa P. Porębska, editor-in-chief of the monthly magazine “Architektura-Murator “
We also hosted our partners at the event: Alexander Psztur, representing the VIGO Kombucha brand, Tomasz Chmielarz, Project Manager at REHAU, Marcelina Plichta-Wabik, Chief Product Officer of the MUDITA brand, Ewelina Siedlecka, Head of the Elements Sales Support Department, Maciej Rychliński, Director for development of Ceramika Paradyż, Andrzej Łebek, architect, project support manager at Lamilux. The main partners of the evening were Axalta and Cosentino. Beata Tylec-Skórka, Expert in Colors in Architecture and Recipes Leader Axatla Polska, and Aneta Konowrocka, Marketing Manager in Poland and the Baltic States Cosentino talked about cooperation with architects.
The main character of the issue, Fernand Menis, who spoke about his first visit to Poland and the experience of working at the Jordanki Cultural and Congress Center in Troruń, was also present on the stage. We also hosted the artist Katarzyna Paner-Liszka, who created a sculpture inspired by the cover of the third issue of “Architecture Snob”, the sculpture was given to Fernand Menis.
The official part of the evening ended with a special performance by thekayetan. The artist is a composer, producer of electronic music, and songwriter. He was noticed by Kayax in the project for debutants My Name Is New, as part of which he released his debut album “For us home” (2021). Thekayetan’s new album titled “Psychodynamic” will be released on October 14th.
The event was also a space for art. The space of the event was filled with works by Katarzyna Pander-Liszka. The artist who creates collages, and paints on silk, also uses epoxy resin. The presented works were made using the assemblage technique, i.e. a kind of collage, according to which three-dimensional compositions are created.
The atmosphere of the evenings was taken care of by the Maxfliz brand by lending us lamps, which are available in the offer of the Maxfliz showroom stores.
During the event, the music was served by the artist Marcin Motyw. Marcin hosts a broadcast on Radio Kapitał “Muzyka ze śmietnika”. He is also a visual artist, his works can be viewed, among others, on Instagram on the motyw_print profile.
Invited guests tasted the wines from the small ATLANTE vineyard in Tenerife, the taste of which was distinguished by the influence of the ocean and volcanic soil. The wines came especially for our evening from Tenerife, where the hero of the latest issue, Fernando Menis, comes from.
The sweet snacks were cheesed by the OKK PR agency.
